To thank the LSU Police Department, the LSU Emergency Operations Center, the Baton Rouge City Police Department, East baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office, the FBI, ATF, the Department of Homeland Security, Dr. William Jenkins, Herb Vincent, LSU Parking, University Relations and all other individuals and agencies which aided in the emergency evacuation, response and the investigation following the bomb threat at Louisiana State University on Monday, September 17, 2012
