A BILL
To appropriate eight hundred forty-three dollars and eighty-nine cents ($843.89) to the LSU Mini-Baja Team to help defray the cost of purchasing parts and travel for the construction and transport of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) which will be entered in the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) National Engineering Design Competition.
