Enhancing entangled-state phase estimation by combining classical and quantum protocols

Abstract

We present a protocol that combines quantum and classical resources to increase the sensitivity of a phase measurement. The superresolution is achieved through the use of N00N states and multiple passes through a prism pair. © 2012 Optical Society of America.
