Abstract

Ultraviolet photoelectron spectra of a 93-K superconducting compound, YBa2Cu3O7 have been obtained using photon energies ranging from 60 to 106 eV. Resonant photoemission is used to identify the chemical origin of the features in the valence-band electronic structure. © 1987 The American Physical Society.
