ORTHONORMAL TWO-PORT REALIZATION.
The paper deals with the realization of a two-port converting periodical signals into their Hilbert transforms. It is pointed out that if the transfer function of such a two-port is a reactance function, the reduction of the phase error causes undesirable increase of the transient response time constant, and a two-port without such shortcoming is analyzed. R,FDNR orthonormal two-port realization, and a solution based on the simulation of a directed graph of the reactance prototype, are presented as well.
