Oneports Which Realize the Hilbert Transformation and Their Application in Reactive Power Meters of Nonsinusoidal Systems.
The problem of the reactive power meter for nonsinusoidal systems construction can be resolved into the task of synthesis of a oneport which realizes the Hilbert transformation. Presented are the principles of such a oneport synthesis as well as the means of the requirements minimization, concerning the accuracy and the 0-factor of the oneport elements. The considerations are illustrated by the construction of such a oneport, which use the GIC, for reactive power meter in nonsinusoidal systems with a voltage which possesses harmonics of indices 1, 3, 5, 7.
