Abstract
Based on the strictly bounded real lemma and the Schur-Cohn test, stability theory for time delay systems with commensurate time delays is developed. It is demonstrated here that the stability theory is closely related to some existing system theory and that it provides an effective stability testing algorithm for time delay systems. © 1989.
